This questionnaire is designed to dive deep into your brand’s goals, audience, and messaging needs. 2. **Submit Your Questionnaire** You’ll have **one week** to complete and submit the questionnaire, allowing you time to provide thoughtful insights into your business or brand. 3. **Our Team Develops Your Plan** After receiving your completed questionnaire, Anthoni and her expert team will study your answers and use our **AAG Framework** to create a custom business and branding strategy. This will cover key areas like messaging, positioning, and growth plans. **Please allow 14 business days** for us to complete your plan. 4. **Receive Your Comprehensive Strategy** Once completed, you’ll receive your business plan, designed specifically to guide you in achieving your goals. This plan will serve as a roadmap for you to execute and grow your brand effectively.
Cancellation Policy
One-on-One Session Policy By purchasing a one-on-one session with Anthoni Allen, you agree to the following terms: 1. **No Refunds** All sales are final, and **no refunds** will be issued once the session is purchased. This policy is in place to honor the time and effort dedicated to preparing for your personalized session. 2. **Rescheduling Policy** If you need to reschedule your session, you are allowed to do so up to **two times**. Rescheduling requests must be made at least **48 hours in advance** of your scheduled session. - If you do not reschedule within this timeframe or do not show up for your session, **all fees are forfeited**, and you will not be entitled to a refund or further rescheduling. 3. **In-Person Meeting Policy** In-person meetings are subject to **internal screening** to determine if an in-person session with Anthoni is possible. The internal team will review requests based on location, health, safety, and scheduling availability. Approval is required before an in-person session is confirmed. 4. **Grace Period** You have a **15-minute grace period** to join Anthoni on Zoom or to arrive for your in-person meeting. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be canceled, and all fees will be forfeited. By purchasing, you agree to adhere to these terms and policies.
