Take your brand to the next level with a fully customized branding and creative shoot strategy designed to help you craft powerful messaging and visuals that resonate with your audience. Anthoni Allen and her team will guide you through every step, from defining your brand's voice to creating a cohesive visual identity that aligns with your goals. **Service Includes:** 1. **One-on-One Call with Anthoni:** You’ll start with an in-depth, one-on-one call with Anthoni to discuss your brand’s goals, focus points, and creative vision. This conversation ensures that all elements of your branding are aligned with the desired outcome for your photoshoot and overall marketing. 2. **Mood Board Creation:** After your call, Anthoni will draft a **custom mood board** that captures the essence of your brand’s messaging and visuals. Once approved, this mood board will serve as the foundation for the creative direction of your photoshoot. 3. **Creative Vision & Shoot Strategy:** With the mood board finalized, Anthoni will design a clear vision for your photoshoot, tailored to your brand’s goals. The shoot will include professional **photography and videography**, ensuring you have all the assets needed to present your brand in the best possible light. 4. **Deliverables:** After the shoot, you'll receive a full suite of creative assets, including: - **Electronic Press Kit (EPK)** - **Facebook Banners** - **Pitching Materials** for yourself or your brand These assets will give you the tools to present a cohesive, professional brand across all platforms. (Included in price) Important Details: Studio, Photography & Videography Costs Not Included:** The fee for this service does not include the cost of studio rental, photography, or videography. These will be discussed in your initial call with Anthoni, where you’ll define your ideal budget. 30-Day Scheduling Window: Once booked, you have **30 days to schedule your photoshoot**. If you need more time, please discuss this with Anthoni during the initial consultation.
Cancellation Policy
One-on-One Session Policy By purchasing a one-on-one session with Anthoni Allen, you agree to the following terms: 1. **No Refunds** All sales are final, and **no refunds** will be issued once the session is purchased. This policy is in place to honor the time and effort dedicated to preparing for your personalized session. 2. **Rescheduling Policy** If you need to reschedule your session, you are allowed to do so up to **two times**. Rescheduling requests must be made at least **48 hours in advance** of your scheduled session. - If you do not reschedule within this timeframe or do not show up for your session, **all fees are forfeited**, and you will not be entitled to a refund or further rescheduling. 3. **In-Person Meeting Policy** In-person meetings are subject to **internal screening** to determine if an in-person session with Anthoni is possible. The internal team will review requests based on location, health, safety, and scheduling availability. Approval is required before an in-person session is confirmed. 4. **Grace Period** You have a **15-minute grace period** to join Anthoni on Zoom or to arrive for your in-person meeting. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be canceled, and all fees will be forfeited. By purchasing, you agree to adhere to these terms and policies.
